- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- No running near or chasing the animals
- Dogs are not allowed in or near the petting zoo
- Please don't shout at the animals
- Animals may only be fed with the provided feed
- Strictly no smoking or vaping
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
