What you can expect

Additional Information
- Minimum 2 passengers required per booking, single passengers are welcome but will only be placed on an existing flight
- An infant is a passenger who has not reached his or her 2nd birthday. Infants will not be carried in aircraft unless accompanied by one parent or responsible adult. The infant may be carried in the arms of, or on the lap of the adult passenger
- A child is a passenger who has reached their 2nd but not their 13th birthday, and will occupy their own seat on the aircraft
- For legal and safety reasons, all passengers are weighed prior to boarding the aircraft.
- The experience provider operates Robinson helicopters that have a maximum seat limitation of 135kg (297lbs) and 180kg combined for couples. Passengers in excess of this weight will be required to upgrade to a private flight and will incur additional associated costs
- You must contact the local tour operator to confirm your exact flight time after you have received confirmation (Complete Tour Operator contact details will appear on your tour voucher)
Terms And Conditions
- This is a shared flight and other passengers will be on board your flight
- Minimum passenger age is three years
- Maximum 100kg per passenger unless confirmed prior to flight with the experience provider. Exact weight/s must be provided upon booking
- Additionally maximum combined total weight is 180kg for 2 passengers, 240kg for 3 passengers unless confirmed prior to flight with the experience provider
- Minimum passenger numbers apply. This is a shared flight however can be upgraded to a private flight upon request. Upgrade charges are payable directly to the supplier. Seating position is at the discretion of the pilot/ground crew
- Spectators are welcome outside the terminal. No terminal/airside access available for spectators
- In the interest of safety all flights operate weather pending. You may be contacted if the weather is unsuitable for your flight. Weather conditions such as low cloud, fog, gusty winds, or electrical storms present in the vicinity may require cancellation or rescheduling of the flight. Flights can still operate in wet weather as visibility may be good
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of flight
