With expert pitmasters leading the way, you’ll unlock the secrets of authentic barbecue, crafting irresistible rubs and sauces, mastering heat control, and tackling common grilling challenges like a pro. This is hands-on from start to finish, as you prep, season, and cook a range of mouthwatering meats and sides, tasting your creations along the way.
Afterwards, gather with fellow barbecue lovers and dig into the incredible spread you’ve helped create, while picking up pro tips on grill setup, charcoal use, and the famous Texas Crutch for perfectly tender meat. By the end, you’ll leave full, fired up, and ready to bring bold Southern barbecue flavours to your own backyard.

- Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- If the minimum of 12 participants is not met, all bookings will be rescheduled
