- The duration of this experience is 30 minute flight time, however, please allow at least an hour for check-in and safety briefings
- This experience takes place next to the Bankstown Airport Control Tower at Hangar 682, Tower Road, Bankstown Airport.
- Comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day, sensible enclosed footwear, sunglasses, a camera and/or video camera.
- As long as the cloud isn’t too low and it’s not raining heavily you will be able to fly. If in doubt call Helicopter Training & Transport before heading to the airport to ensure the weather allows you to fly

- If a third participant is included, please call or email the operator advising of the third participants weight
- Passengers between 5-12 years old must travel with a parent or guardian
- Please be sure to inform of any relevant medical conditions at the time of booking so the experience provider may accommodate you
- Maximum passenger weight for three people is 270kg (maximum of 110kg per seat)
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience with a fee of $55
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Cancellation Due to Weather
- In the interest of safety, Helicopter Transport and Training the pilot in command of a flight has sole responsibility in regards to cancelling a flight due to inclement weather. Flights are generally cancelled in instances of low cloud, fog, high winds and thunderstorms. However, wet weather can still allow a flight to go ahead if visibility allows. If there are any concerns regarding the weather, enquiries can be made by calling +61 2 9708 6666. Helicopter Transport and Training will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible to any cancellations due to weather. If your flight is cancelled, there is no cancellation or rescheduling fee incurred, and the flight will be rescheduled to a different time that suits the guest's availability. If the guest wishes to cancel or reschedule the flight within 48 hours of the booking time due to weather and the flight was deemed suitable to fly, standard Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees will apply. Helicopter Transport and Training will not be held liable for any associated costs related to airfares, accommodation, or travel should a booking not go ahead as scheduled.
