Craft your very own gin on a two hour hands on blending class at an outback Queensland cellar door, where expert distillers guide you through the art and science of premium spirits. Settle in behind the stills and explore the fascinating world of botanicals, learning how citrus, spice, native Australian ingredients and floral notes come together to shape a perfectly balanced gin.
Sample a selection of signature blends, then put your own palate to the test with access to more than 25 botanicals, experimenting until you land on a recipe that is all your own, whether bold and herbaceous, light and floral or bright and citrus forward. Along the way you will gain real insight into distillation, flavour profiles and the role each ingredient plays. At the end of the session you will bottle your personalised gin to take home, a one of a kind keepsake from a genuine outback distillery. It is a relaxed, flavour filled session perfect for curious first timers and seasoned gin lovers alike.

- Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required.
