- 7.00am: Depart Roma, with additional pickups available along the route on request
- 7.00am - 9.15am: Travel to Gurulmundi State Forest while learning about the region's flora, fauna and local stories
- 9.15am: Arrive at Gurulmundi State Forest and enjoy refreshments among the wildflowers
- 10.00am: Enjoy a wholesome morning tea
- 10.30am: Explore multiple wildflower sites with an expert botanist, searching for rare species, ground orchids and carnivorous plants
- 1.00pm: Relax with a generous picnic lunch surrounded by woodland and wildflowers
- 1.45pm: Travel by air-conditioned 4WD through lesser-known areas of the forest, learning about native flora and looking out for local wildlife
- 2.00pm: Take a short walk to the tour's grand finale wildflower site
- 2.15pm: Depart Gurulmundi for the return journey to Roma
- 4.40pm: Arrive back in Roma

- This is a full-day experience, approximately nine hours and 40 minutes in duration.
