- 2022 Giant Talon E+ eBike/ 2023 Trek Powerfly 4 or Trek Marlin 6 (2024) pedal bike
- Water bottle holder - fits Pump bottle (except some small ebike frames)
- Helmet
- Custom map
- Support text and reminder
- Word locks - no key
- Complimentary transfers from Queenstown to Arrowtown (10am) and Gibbston back to Queenstown (4pm)
- Repair kit (optional)
- World-class customer service
- This experience excludes wine tastings, available to purchase on the day
- This experience departs at 10:00am (returning at approx 5.30pm to Queenstown)
- 4:30-4.45 pm pick up from the wineries returning to Queenstown
- Allow approximately 7.5 hours for this experience (ride time 2-3 hours)
- Pick up at 10am from outside the Station building (43 Camp Street)
- Bring with you comfortable footwear, suitable clothing (ideally shorts, riding pants or tights), rain jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle, camera, money for stopping points
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Cancellation are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience unless it's torrential weather
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
