Explore Queenstown's best known sights on a three hour morning tour that covers the hills, the vines and the bungy in one easy loop. Your small group sets off from your central Queenstown accommodation in a luxurious minivan, with a local guide sharing full commentary on the sights and the early history of the region. First up is an observation point on Queenstown Hill, which serves up the best panoramic photos in Queenstown.
From there it is on to the Gibbston wine region, the Valley of the Vines, where you can watch jumpers plummet 43 metres from the viewing deck at New Zealand's first commercial bungy bridge. Finish at Gibbston Valley Winery, one of the region's first commercial vineyards, with a wine tasting or a tea or coffee at the cellar door and a look at the onsite cheesery or gift shop where time permits. The tour wraps up at 12.30pm, leaving your afternoon free.
