- This tour is seasonal and operates between September and May
- This experience departs at 12PM
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure.
- Rides will not be held for late arrivals out of respect for other booked guests.
- Please allow 1 hour and 45 minutes for this experience including a 15 minute check in time
- Located just 25 minutes from Queenstown, follow the road past Moke Lake campsite until you see our office on the right with the Moke Lake logo
- This experience departs from Moke Lake, Moke Lake Road, Ben Lomond 9371, New Zealand
- Long comfortable pants, suitable sturdy closed covered footwear (no large heels, crocs or sandals permitted), sunscreen/insect repellent
- A water bottle and sunglasses are also recommended
- A phone or small camera is recommended to capture your memories (your responsibility)
- Helmets and wet weather jackets if required, helmets are worn at all times when riding a horse
- Check in time is 15 minutes prior to ride departure (we do not hold any rides so please be on time)
- Min age 8 years old
- All children 16 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Maximum weight limit is 95kg
- For the safety of all involved, all clients must understand and be able to communicate in English
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiting your experience, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present it on the day of the experience
