- This experience departs at 10:45am.
- Please allow up to four hours for this experience.
- This experience departs from the Blue Hangar, 10 Tex Smith Lane, Queenstown Airport, Queenstown 9300. Alternatively, pick up from your Queenstown accommodation can be arranged 45 minutes prior to lift off.
- Either self-drive to our departure lounge at the Queenstown airport and aim to be here 20 minutes prior to lift off.
- Pickup can be arranged from your Queenstown accommodation 30 minutes prior to lift off

- Individual passenger weights are required to confirm each flight
- Minimum of two participants required for the experience to run
- Subject to favourable weather conditions. If you are unable to fly due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative flight
- Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not recommended for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
- The trip will not go ahead unless minimum numbers are met. In the event the trip is cancelled customers are offered an alternative or a full refund.
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
