- Tours depart daily from Queenstown at approximately 6:55am. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation tour voucher with complete tour operator details. You will be required to contact the tour operator to reconfirm your tour time. Total duration of the tour is approximately 8.5 hours
- All flights require minimum number of 3 passengers for departure
- Enter hotel name if hotel pick up is required or 'not required' if a hotel pick up is not required at the time of booking
- Child ages are 4-14yrs.
- Infant ages are 0-2 - fare only applicable if they sit on adult’s lap & are less than 11kgs. Over 11kgs will be charged the child price
- An infant/child over 11kg will require their own seat
- Children must be accompanied by a fare paying adult
- All flights are weather dependant. Weather calls will be made 1 hour prior to departure
- Bookings that are cancelled or amended within 48 hours of departure will be charged in full
- Bookings that are cancelled or amended outside of 48 hours prior to departure can be done so at no charge
- Clients wanting to make changes are required to contact the reservations team more than 48 hours prior to departure.
- If the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule to another day/time (pending availability). Pilots will make a weather check before each scheduled departure on the day of your flight.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
