- This is a half-day experience, approximately four and a half hours in total duration.

- Camera, sunscreen and sunglasses
- Participants must contact the experience provider 90 minutes before departure for a weather check
- If the provider is unable operate due to weather and passengers are unable to fly as a result, no cancellation fees apply

- On occasion, flight paths and landing locations may change at the pilot’s discretion
- For aircraft weight and balance, and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, all passenger weights are required at the time of booking
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
