Your one-hour session includes 50 minutes of exclusive pool time, and you can choose the pool that suits you at checkout (subject to availability).
Pick Canopy View for a snug, fully enclosed soak with soft light and natural surrounds, or go for Mountain View to enjoy the fresh alpine scenery in a semi-enclosed setting. Both pools are beautifully looked after and heated to just the right temperature for total comfort. Sink in, relax and enjoy some quality downtime. - Available seven days a week from 8am to 10pm
- Last entry is at 9pm
- The actual bathing time is approximately 50 minutes
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your experience
- This experience is one hour in duration.
- This experience is located at 34 Brecon Street, Queenstown Otago 9300.
- Swimsuit (required for all guests)
- Water bottle
- Hair tie (recommended for long hair)
- Re-usable bag (for wet swimwear and personal items)
- Towel (you’re welcome to bring your own, or hire one on site at check in)
- Children are charged as guests under 18
- When booking as a family, you're welcome to include up to two children here (the third child can join you at no extra cost)
- The provider cannot accommodate guests under five years old
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Please don't add anything to the water. No salts or oils (cleaning charges may apply)
- The communal pool has a lift and safety harness
- Strictly no smoking or vaping
- Please keep your voices low and phones on silent
- Swimwear must be worn in all pools at all times
- No outside food or drinks allowed
- Please stay hydrated and take breaks when needed
- Please check with your doctor before booking if you have high fever, unstable or high blood pressure, heart disease or recent heart event, cancer or malignant conditions, circulatory, liver, or kidney disorders, or conditions with a risk of bleeding or infection
- If you're pregnant, the provider recommends checking in with your healthcare practitioner before your session
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
