- This experience departs from Wharf 1, Cruise Passenger Terminal, located at 40 Victoria Parade, Nelson Bay, NSW 2315.
- Comfortable casual clothing and footwear
- Warmer clothing for winter months
- Swimmers and a towel if using boom net
- Sunglasses, hat, and sun cream are recommended

- Port Stephens dolphins are totally wild, so 100% sighting success isn't guaranteed
- Refunds aren't available if dolphins are not located, but the provider offers a non-transferable free return voucher (stand-by basis)
- Prams are not permitted onboard
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
