- Wear long trousers, socks, and fully enclosed shoes
- Refrain from wearing strong scents, such as perfume or heavily fragranced deodorant
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will be rescheduled to a later date
- Bookings are essential
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
