- Please allow approximately 50 minutes for this experience
- This experience takes place in Aoraki Mt Cook
- Participant changes: We require the full names and weights of all passengers prior to boarding the aircraft, if there are any changes to passengers we do need to be notified as soon as possible
- Number on the day: Minimum numbers do apply - subject to aircraft availability, we do our best to combine bookings in order to accommodate our customers
- Weather: The pilots make a weather call each morning. Passengers are welcome to call the office for an update. If we have concerns regarding weather, we usually try and give booked passengers a call the day before to talk through options
- There are no age restrictions however, any children under four will travel for free on parents lap and safety belts are provided. Children over four legally require their own seat
- Restrictions: We do our best to accommodate everyone so please have a chat with our friendly team in the office for further information about this. All of our flights are shared with others. If you would prefer to book an exclusive flight, please let us know at the time of booking and we will confirm the cost with you. The number of passengers and the weights will determine which aircraft is most suitable for the flight
- Standard Scenic flights
- if your cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances and:
- More than 48 hours notice is given, no payment will be taken from your card.
- Less than 48 hours notice is given, a 50% payment will be taken from your card.
- If no notice is given and you do not show up for your flight, 100% payment will be taken from your card.
- Exclusive charter/group bookings
- require a 20% deposit to confirm.
- If bookings are cancelled within 7 days of departure the full fare will be billed.
- All deposits are deducted from final payments and are not an additional charge.
- All deposits are NON REFUNDABLE from the time of payment unless a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions on the day.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control

- We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
