- Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your session.
- This experience is approximately 90 minutes in duration.
- This experience takes place at 5 Poco Place, Andergrove Lakes, Mackay, QLD 4740.

- Minimum age of 10 years and over
- Participants must be able to swim 50m unassisted
- Participation may be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- All participants must sign a waiver and acknowledge risks before riding
- Follow all staff directions at all times
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Change are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking.
- Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present it on the day of the experience.
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction.
