- Tours operate seasonally from March to November each year and exact season commencement and conclusion dates are subject to change
- Tours do not operate on the following dates in 2022: August; 5th, 6th, 7th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd September; 4th, 5th, 6th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st October; 2nd, 3rd, 4th November
- All guests must declare their weight at the time of booking. We cannot carry guests over 120kg. Guests will be weighed at the airport and if you are over your declared weight you may be refused boarding and no refund will be issued
- The boat ride through the Horizontal Falls may not be suitable for women who are more than 26 weeks pregnant. Any women joining the tour whilst in any stage of pregnancy should seek their doctor’s approval prior to travel
- The Horizontal Falls are a natural phenomenon which are influenced by fluctuating tides that vary daily. For safety reasons, passage through the narrow gap is not guaranteed on all days
- Children under the age of 4yrs unfortunately are unable to travel on this tour

- If a guest chooses to cancel within 30 days prior to departures, 100% cancellation fees apply
- If a guest chooses to cancel 31 days or more prior to departure, no cancellation fees apply
- Subject to availability, guests may amend the date of travel up to 72 hours prior to the tour departure date free of charge
- If a tour is cancelled by the tour operator, guests will be provided with one of the following options: amend tour booking to a future date, choose an alternative tour of equal or similar value, a full refund of monies paid or a credit note of an amount equal to the monies paid
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
