- As this is an outdoor operating farm, all experiences are subject to change depending on the farm animals available and weather conditions. No one show is the same
- 100% payable for all cancellations within 72 hours prior to arrival
- 75% payable for all cancellations between 72 hours – 14 days
- 15% payable for all cancellations between 15-0 days
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
