Set off from Tweed Heads on a two hours and 30 minutes whale watching cruise along the spectacular far north coast of New South Wales. Hop aboard a safari style boat and motor out along the Tweed coast, where more than 40,000 humpback whales migrate past these waters every year. With an expert skipper who has spent over a decade learning the best spots, you will be taken straight to where the action is for close encounters with these incredible creatures.
Keep your camera ready as the whales breach, slap their tails and spy hop across the surface, and watch for local dolphins that often cruise alongside the boat. This is a small group tour, so everyone gets a great view and a personal feel for the day out on the water. Be prepared for a bit of spray, as the safari style ride is all part of the fun. Pack a warm weatherproof jacket and a beanie, and get ready for a brilliant day out spotting some of the ocean's most amazing travellers.

- This experience is two hours and 30 minutes in duration.
- This experience departs from Dry Dock Road Boat Ramp, Tweed Heads South, NSW 2486.
- Minimum age is four years old
- Pregnant participants should contact the experience provider before booking
- Participants need the mobility to get in and out of the boat and hold on while underway
- Participant changes are allowed; please notify the experience provider of the new participant's name
- Minimum numbers are required for the tour to run; if numbers are low the experience provider will contact you to reschedule
- In extreme weather or unsuitable sea conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the experience provider and offered a reschedule.
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
