Enjoyable, safe, peaceful experience with an early rise and buffet breakfast afterwards!
We enjoyed this new experience, although an early rise, it was fun, exciting, exhilarating. The flight captain was fun and energetic, the flight was safe, calm and scenic, the landing fun, passengers got involved in packing up the balloon at the end which was amazing. Get plenty of sleep and don't stress, it's safe and enjoyable. Breakfast at Sheraton Mirage was great too.

Amazing experience! Great customer service we were picked up from our building then taken on the journey out to the balloons. When we arrived they were being inflated and the real excitement began. Seamlessly the balloon was fully inflated and we were loaded on to the basket to experience the tranquility of the flight with the amazing views we could see the Gold Coast and Brisbane from the air. The ride was amazing the landing went well and we all disembarked and watched the deflation begin. After the experience we were then loaded up and dropped off where we were picked up. Would recommend this experience professional company happy to answer any and all questions we had.

- The only walk-in passenger basket on the Gold Coast - If you have any mobility or climbing limitations please call us prior to booking so we can ensure you are booked into the balloon that has easy access doors
- Flight times are planned for up to 1 hour in the air but vary between 40 minutes and 60 minutes depending on the weather
- Flight departure times vary between 3am and 5am depending on the time of the year. Departure times are subject to change depending on the dawn time (you will be required to contact the balloon operator the day prior to your flight date to ensure you have all the correct details of your flight such as flight time and pick up time)
- Flight times are planned for up to 1 hour in the air but vary between 40 minutes and 60 minutes depending on the weather
- While a flight over Gold Coast City may offer a slightly shorter duration, every moment is packed with unparalleled beauty and wonder.
- Please allow up to 4 hours for the whole hot air balloon experience
- The time will be confirmed by the pilot the night before your flight. We meet approximately 1.5hrs prior to sunrise.
- This experience departs from Main Beach, Surfers Paradise.
- Please meet at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in Main Beach, 71 Seaworld Dr, Main Beach, QLD 4217.
- Clothes suitable for walking or hiking is recommended with enclosed shoes. We suggest you also bring a jacket, hat and sunglasses as well as your camera
- As part of the fun adventure, customers are invited to help roll out the air in the balloons. If you do not wish to participate, that is totally fine
- Children need to be 3 years old or over and accompanied by a parent or guardian to fly
- There is no upper age limit. As long as you are fit and healthy with no significant knee, hip or back problems, no recent surgeries or broken bones and you are not currently pregnant, you are fit to fly
- Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 48 hours before you experience takes place. After this period fees may apply and failure to show up to the experience at all may result in forfeiting the experience.
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- A rebooking fee of $25 will be charged and cancellation fee of $50 with be retained
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have received booking confirmation details of your flight. Please contact the operator immediately after your purchase and the day prior to your flight date to ensure you have all the correct details of your flight such as flight time and pick up time
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details are included on your tour voucher
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the tour. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control. We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements

So disappointed, our experience didn’t happen and nobody has contacted us. We have tried ringing and emailing.
Our original date got cancelled due to bad weather, we asked for the day after and was told we will be contacted. Nobody has contacted us, we don’t have any other days to do it as we move on and it was for a 70th Birthday celebration. Such bad service. We await a refund.
