Enjoyable crew and 11 people on board from the older people to the 3year old child. Nothing was too hard to accommodate all the people. Everyone had a chance to crab by putting their pot in the water and then pulling the pot 15 min later. Some were winners and some were left empty handed. Never mind it was all about enjoying the fun of crabbing and being on the water. No one left disappointed. We enjoyed a feed of crab on our way back to shore. I recommend anyone that would like to experience Mud Crabbing to make a booking sit back and just enjoy the experience. Noelene

What you can expect
Discover the heritage listed waters of Roebuck Bay on a five hour Kimberley mud crabbing cruise from Broome, blending scenic cruising with hands on adventure. Set out aboard a 42ft catamaran and cruise the marine park, keeping an eye out for rare snubfin dolphins, eagle rays, turtles and sea snakes among the mangroves, turquoise shallows and red Pindan rock formations.
Hop aboard the tender in small groups to weave through the creek systems, where experienced crew show you how locals read the tides while you set and pull your own crab pots. Back on board, relax with a cocktail from the licensed bar and complimentary morning tea of fruit, croissants and your choice of coffee, tea or juice. Your freshly caught crab is then cooked up by the crew and served with a homemade chilli tomato sauce for a true taste of the Kimberley. With a courtesy transfer from your accommodation and all bait and equipment included, this is an easy, memorable day on the water.

- This experience is approximately five hours in duration.
- This experience departs from Entrance Point Beach, in front of the Broome Fishing Club at Lot 956 Kabbarli Road, Broome, WA 6725.

- Shorts or a skirt suitable for wading through knee deep water to board
- Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- This tour runs with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants
- Not suitable for wheelchair users or participants with mobility issues
- Participants wade through knee deep water to board the boat
- Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available; please advise the experience provider of any dietary requirements ahead of time
- No BYO alcohol is permitted on board
- If conditions are not safe, participants will be advised and offered a refund or an alternative date
- Tours run during Broome's spring tides, which occur once a fortnight for a few days at a time and are subject to availability
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, whether the experience is good or bad — but this one definitely deserves a mention.
We had an absolutely incredible day out with Broome Tours. Jackson and his crew were outstanding from start to finish, looking after us and our group to a five-star standard. They went above and beyond, catering for the kids and pointing out sea life along the way. Could not recommend them more highly — 100% worth it.
