- Cancellation Policy: Croc Tours reserve the right to charge a fee.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of a tour scheduled start time incurs a 100% fee
- Cancellation within 1-2 days (24-48 hours) of tour scheduled start time incurs a 50% fee
- Cancellation 3+ days will receive a full refund
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
