No charge for cancellation outside of 24 hours Full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation of the flight by Barossa Helicopters Pty Ltd due to adverse weather or any other unforeseen event. PETS Please leave your pets at home Our business is on a working farm with vineyards, livestock and our own pets and due to biosecurity protocols we don't allow outside pets. ONLY Service dogs are allowed but they CANNOT fly.
