What you can expect
Uncover a slice of Aussie wine history with this guided one-hour tour of the legendary Seppeltsfield estate in the Barossa Valley. Its roots date back to 1851, and you'll feel that history come alive as you explore the original Seppelt Family Homestead and the underground cellars. Along the way, you'll learn how Seppeltsfield helped shape Australia's winemaking legacy, with craftsmanship and a deep connection to the Barossa's rich culture.
The highlight of the tour is a walk through the Centennial Cellar, home to the longest unbroken line of single-vintage wines on the planet. Here, you'll get to sample a rare 10ml pour of the current release 100-year-old Para Vintage Tawny, straight from the barrel. It's a once-in-a-lifetime tasting and the perfect way to soak up the history of one of Australia's most iconic wine estates.

- 60-minute tour of the Seppelt family homestead and the Centennial Cellar
- 10ml tasting of 100-year-old Para Vintage Tawny direct from the barrel
- Available on selected days at 10.30am.
- This experience is approximately one hour in duration.
- This experience takes place at the historic Seppeltsfield Estate located at 730 Seppeltsfield Road, Seppeltsfield, SA 5355.
- Participants must be 18 years and over to participate in the wine tasting as alcohol is involved; photo ID may be required
- Minimum of two and a maximum of eight participants
- Access to the heritage-listed Centennial Cellar building is via a set of stairs
- This experience can be modified with prior arrangement for the tasting to be held in an alternative location
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
