- This experience departs from Bendigo Visitor Information Centre, 51–67 Pall Mall, Bendigo VIC 3550.

- Minimum of one and a maximum of 25 participants per tour
- Children in attendance must be accompanied by an adult
- Tickets are transferable with 24 hours’ notice
- Experience provider reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests for disruptive behaviour
- No refund for disruptive or unsafe behaviour resulting in removal from the tour
- Full refund or reschedule offered if tour is cancelled by operator due to weather, safety, or low bookings
- During this experience guests must be physically able to walk approximately two and a half kilometres
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Participant changes are allowed, so please contact experience provider
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
