- Any serious medical conditions need to be disclosed.
- If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a 5% administration fee only
- 2 weeks prior to departure 50% cancellation fee
- 1 week prior to departure 75% cancellation fee
- 48 hrs prior to departure no refund
- If the trip is cancelled due to bad weather there will be a 5% credit card fee
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
