- There are no set tour departure times; arrive anytime during operating hours and enjoy the experience at your own pace
- This experience is approximately 90 minutes to two hours in duration.

- Please stay on marked paths and do not walk on garden beds
- Do not pick any fruits or vegetables
- Do not drink from taps in the garden as water is non potable
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No pets allowed
- Assistance animals are welcome and must be kept on a lead at all times
- Please bring your own headphones or a small Bluetooth speaker
- This experience is wheelchair accessible across most areas; please advise of any mobility requirements at the time of booking
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
