What you can expect

This self-guided social sauna at Lake Wānaka is your chance to unwind, warm up, and relax after a big day exploring. Enjoy three blissful 15-minute rounds in a traditional, wood-fired sauna that turns up the heat to a toasty 80 to 90°C. Feel the warmth sink deep into your muscles, then brace yourself for the invigorating rush of a cold plunge between rounds. This is the kind of feel-good contrast your body will thank you for.

All of this unfolds against the jaw-dropping backdrop of Lake Wānaka. Soak in the views, breathe in the fresh alpine air, and settle into a new level of wellness and tranquillity. Go at your own pace, linger in the cold plunge, or connect with fellow sauna goers between sessions. It’s relaxation, revitalisation, and a little social sparkle all rolled into one unforgettable experience.
