- Minimum passenger age is seven years old
- Minimum driver age is 16 years old
- Maximum two participants per jet ski
- Maximum weight is 200kg per jet ski
- Drivers must provide photo ID
- Participants must understand English
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- An average level of fitness and confidence is required
- Reef safe sunscreen is recommended and can be supplied by the experience provider if needed
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern; you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
