- This is a half-day experience, five hours in total duration.
- This experience departs from Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal, 2 Sooning St, Nelly Bay, QLD 4819.
- Comfortable clothing suitable to the weather on the day
- A hat and sunglasses
- Swimwear is encouraged in warmer months

- Participants are expected to comply with staff directions
- Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle
- Please note tropical North Queensland Waters have an increased risk or shark, jellyfish and crocodile activity
- Swimming and snorkelling on the tour are not supervised and at the discretion of guests
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in tour cancellation, participants will be provided with an alternate tour date or a refunded in full
- This experience is wheelchair accessible and guide dog friendly, please contact the experience provider directly in advance
- Disruptive or intoxicated passengers may be refused travel
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
