- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time.
- The experience is two hours and 30 minutes in duration.
- This experience is located at 380 Driving Creek Road, Coromandel, Waikato 3506.
- Wear closed-toe shoes (no sandals or jandals) and comfortable clothing suitable for walking in the forest.
- We also recommend bringing a light jacket, as the weather can change quickly.
- Maximum weight limit is 120kg
- Minimum age is six years
- Children aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 17 or over
- Maximum of 10 visitors per tour
- Groups of up to 30 can be arranged with staggered start times, 30 minutes apart, with prior notice
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
