Experience one of nature's great migrations as the Humpback and Southern Right whales journey between Antarctica and the Great Barrier Reef. With custom built vessels for whale watching cruises, we have more viewing decks than any other Sydney whale watching vessel - don't miss that special moment due to lack of viewing areas. Cruises come with full commentary from experienced marine naturalists or scientists.
The cruises are assisted by shore-based whale sports giving us the advantage to know where the whales are before we go out, providing a real eco-experience as recognised by independent accreditation and awards - you may also see dolphins, seals and sea birds.

- Morning Cruise operates daily, departing 9:30am, returning approx. 12pm

- We recommend you eat lightly before and during the cruise. Soft drinks and snacks are available for purchase on board
- Please dress appropriately according to the weather conditions; it will often feel colder at sea
- If you are susceptible to travel sickness please bring the relevant medication
- Whale watching cruises are subject to cancellation due to weather and other operational requirements
- Adult: 16+ years
- Child: 4-15 years. Minimum of one supervising adult for every four children is required
- Child Policy: Infants 0-3 years are not recommended. Child fare available for Children 4-15 years. Minimum of one supervising adult for every four children is required.
- This experience is Family friendly, children must be 4 years and over to participate.
- Not recommended if pregnant as this is an ocean-going cruise.
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Very relaxing morning cruise, nice weather and good experience.
We went off when the weather is good. It was really calm and sunny. We hoped that we can whales closer to the boat and our way back to the port was a bit windy. However, overall is a good experience. The people on board were really supportive Plus, we saw some dolphins!
Quick confirmation and quick arrangement for the change of the tour dates
I booked a whale watching tour via Experience Oz because the rate is $10 less than that of direct booking thanks to the limited sale. The confirmation email came to me by return. Soon after my booking, I wanted to change the tour dates as the forecast had surf wave and wind warnings on the tour day. The team responded promptly and arranged the tour on the next day. I enjoyed the tour a lot just before the whale watching season ended.
Amazing day despite bad weather, a must-do in Sydney
The boat was good, and the staff member doing the commentary was amazing. The boat was pretty small but wouldn't have been too bad if it wasn't raining. Still an amazing and well-organised experience! Saw heaps of whales and it was a truly special day out, recommend this tour.
