Easy access and cheaper than walking in and buying at the kiosk. Always a great deal here at Oz Experience. Lots of sea animals and great for taking your kids. I took my niece and she absolutely loved it. We just made it for penguin boat view which was the highlight.
Pre-purchased ticket from from Experience Oz has made things easy to enter at the attraction.
Easy check-in at the entrance with pre purchased ticket, it was a weekday so not much of rush and easy to see all things and exit the attraction. I recommend buying tickets in advance from Experience Oz and travelling to any ticketed attractions. Big thank you for the best deals.
What you can expect
For Vivid 2025, SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium will be hosting an extra special ‘Life In Another Light’, a visual and experiential celebration of incredible marine life. With this single entry ticket, you will be able to enjoy all the sights of the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium along with the brand-new digital exhibition. Watch as a captivating shark projection showcases the underwater giant twist and turn in front of your eyes and experience the unique showcase of living light, inspired by the bioluminescent underwater world, where you can wander through the glowing jelly lab and make bioluminescent waves at ‘moonlight beach’. Furthermore, guests will be able to see the abundance of unique marine animals showcased in multiple stunning exhibits. Witness sharks, stingrays, dugongs, and even Australia's famed duck-billed platypus. The Penguin Expedition is the newest addition to the aquarium and features a continuous chain of boats floating through the King and Gentoo Penguin colony enclosures. Allowing guests to get up close and personal in groups of eight.
With extended opening hours on select days throughout Vivid, families, couples and visitors to Sydney will have every opportunity to dive in and experience the magic of ‘Life In Another Light’.

- South Coast Shipwreck area is where you discover a vast array of animals native to the Southern Oceans. Some of the animals you will see include Little Penguins, Port Jackson Sharks and Moon Jellies
- Jurassic Seas allows you to explore the depths of the ocean and see where life began and meet weird and wonderful living fossils. Some of the animals you will see include Nautilus, Lungfish and Peacock Mantis Shrimp
- Sydney Harbour area zone provides a snapshot of what lies beneath one of the most iconic harbours in the world. Some of the animals you will see include Silver Sweep, Mado and Cuttlefish
- Dugong Island home to a pair of dugongs and other amazing animals including White Spotted Eagle Rays, various shark species and dozens of species of fish
- Shark Valley walk over some of the world's biggest aquarium sharks then journey deep under the sea and explore the depths of Shark Valley. Some of the animals you will see include Grey Nurse Shark, Sicklefin lemon Shark and the huge Queensland Groper
- Discovery Rockpool is where you can see and touch stars, shark eggs, shells and coral
- Clownfish Garden is a themed zone provides the perfect home for stunning tropical fish including Clown Anemonefish, Regal Tangs, cardinalfish, wrasses and more
- Bay of Rays you will see the rays swimming up against the glass or just enjoying a rest on the sandy bottom. Some of the animals you will see include Maskray, Unicornfish and Harlequin Tuskfish
- Art Aquarium is an interactive experience that educates about the importance of sustainable seas
- Great Barrier Reef area- The Great Barrier Reef oceanarium is the largest in the world. Kick back and relax as you watch hundreds of reef species cruise before your eyes. Some of the animals you will see include Grey Reef shark, Smalltooth sawfish & Giant trevally
- Penguin Expedition - Inspired by Macquarie Island, an Australian owned island in the Southwest Pacific Ocean, Penguin Expedition is a world first exhibit which takes guests on an immersive journey through a rugged, sub-Antarctic environment at a cool but comfortable six degrees Celsius, surrounded by a colony of Gentoo Penguins

Excellent attraction destination to visit in the Sydney CBD!
Very good attraction place to visit with lots of varieties of fish and water creatures! Friendly staffs. Love to do Penguin boat trip adventure! Lots of sharks and varieties of them. Unfortunately, there is not much place to click the photos due to darkness but worth it to enjoy without phones!
