- To access your pass, you must download the Smartvisit app to your mobile device
- Instructions on how to activate your pass will be sent to you with your booking confirmation
- Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Participants choose where and when to visit across participating partners within a 12-month validity window
- This is a self-guided experience, using a mobile app
- Bookings for tasting experiences cannot be cancelled once confirmed; contact the venue directly to request a change
- Free cancellation is available within 30 days of purchase, provided the pass has not been used
- Refunds are not available once any tastings or spend credit have been redeemed
- Unused tastings or spend credit are not refundable after the 12-month expiry period
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
