What you can expect
Get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime thrill with a Tandem Skydive over Newcastle up to 8000ft! The fun doesn't truly begin until you reach the dropzone. On the count of three, you'll be out of the plane door and free-falling for up to 60 seconds and reaching speeds of up to 200km/hr, all while attached to a qualified skydiving instructor. Once the initial fall is over and your parachute has been deployed, you'll be able to relax and catch your breath as you leisurely float to views of the entire region for around 5 to 7 minutes. Offering spectacular views of the Hunter Valley and Lake region, as well as unforgettable views of the amazing NSW coastline, this experience is one you simply will never forget! All personalised training and instructions are provided before your jump to help settle any fears you may have. The drop zone is located at Belmont Airport, Newcastle and is accessible by car, bus or train.

Time
- Skydives operate daily from 8 am. Allow approximately 4 hours for your total skydive experience
- Transfers from Sydney are available daily at 6.50 am for a 7 am pick-up
Location
- This experience is located at Belmont Airport, 864 Pacific Hwy, Marks Point, approximately a 90-minute drive from Sydney and a 30-minute drive from Newcastle
Departure Location
- Transfers are available daily from Sydney CBD from 6.50 am for a 7 am departure. Transfers must be arranged directly with the supplier after booking. The pick-up point is at the bus stop in front of 806 George St, Sydney. Please arrive at the requested time for the scheduled pickup time. Passengers will need to allow the entire day as all passengers on the transfer must jump before the bus returns. You will be provided with an estimated time of departure when confirming your booking.
Additional Information
- You must be 16 years of age or older to skydive
- There is no maximum age limit, however reasonable fitness is required
- Where possible, please notify us prior to the jump date of any existing medical conditions or illness. Medical conditions which could affect the customer’s safety should be discussed with a doctor to ensure customers are fit to skydive. Please advise if you are taking prescription medication
- If you are over 110kg, you will be subject to tandem master assessment. Surcharges apply to participants 94kg and over (see below for weight surcharges)
- Maximum weight 120kg
- All jumps are subject to change due to weather conditions
- 94kg - 104.9kg: $50 to pay on arrival (94kg and above requires an on site assessment to determine safety issues due to harness size restrictions)
- 105kg to 114.9kg: $75 to pay on arrival
- 115kg and above: $100 to pay on arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
Booking Information
- It is highly recommended to reconfirm your skydive time and pick up time and location at least 48 hours prior to the date of the activity
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on the day of the activity. Vouchers presented on a mobile device are also accepted
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details are included on your tour voucher
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control. We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
