Rise to level 81 of Sydney Tower for a three course lunch at Infinity by Mark Best, one of the country's most awarded chefs, where fine dining meets the finest views in the city. Over an unhurried two hours, you and a companion work through an a la carte menu built entirely from Australian produce, drawn from the land, the coast and the regions, each plate a nod to the farmers, fishers and artisans behind it.
Choose your own entree, main and dessert, rounded out with a chef selected side and freshly baked bread with cultured butter. All the while the restaurant slowly revolves, unfolding a 360 degree panorama across the city skyline, Sydney Harbour and the coastline beyond. It is a lunch that rewards taking your time, so settle in, watch the view turn and let the afternoon roll by. Perfect for a special occasion or a long overdue catch up, this is elevated dining in every sense.

- This experience meets at the check in desk on Level 4 of Westfield Sydney, 108 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, to access the Sydney Tower lift to the restaurant.

- Slow Braised Short Rib with Beetroot and Garlic
- Spaghetti with Pumpkin Miso and Sea Urchin
- 7+ Wagyu Rib Eye on the Bone 500g with Shiitake and Sunchokes, available with a surcharge
