- Holey Moley Darlinghurst does not allow minors or under 18's in the venue after 5pm. Before 5pm, under 18's are permitted in the venue and only if in the company of a responsible adult
- Photo ID must be presented
- Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their own parent or guardian
- No refunds will be given for a change of mind
- This includes partial or full refunds
- To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
- You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
