The queues were not organized
The queues were not organized, the course of the cruise was good, the operators of the cruise did not seem to be bothered about the normal guests and were nicer to the premium guests. We felt that the cruise commentary was done really well by the lady and she had lot of interesting points to share, it was sad that the speakers were not loud enough for the people to listen. Overall a good experience but could be a lot better.
