- Please allow a minimum of one hour for this experience.
- This experience takes place at the Sydney Seaplanes Lounge, located in Lyne Park, Rose Bay, NSW 2029.

- Seasonal fruit platter
- Mixed olives, taramasalata and hummus
- Sourdough with assorted jams, cultured butter and pecorino truffle butter
- Smashed avocado, fresh tomatoes and hash brown
- Choice of pancetta, sautéed mushrooms or smoked salmon
- Smart casual attire.
- Participants must be 18 years old and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required

- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
