- Please ensure you are wearing long pants or jeans and fully enclosed shoes
- Passengers wearing inappropriate dress may not be able to ride
- This tour is for up to three people
- Minimum age is five years
- Customers under the influence of alcohol/drugs will not be permitted on the tour
- Please advise jacket size before experience date
- Tour time starts from the scheduled pick-up time so make sure you arrive early to receive the full 30 minute experience
- This is a chauffeured tour; you are a pillion
- Wet weather affects this experience. In the event of rain you can call the provider and reschedule. If it rains the day of your tour the rider will call you to see if you would like to go ahead with the tour or reschedule. In the event of rain only you can reschedule the tour up to two hours prior to pick up
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
