Sunshine Coast Winter Sale! – Terms & Conditions

The Sunshine Coast Winter Sale! (“Campaign”) is operated by Big Red Group Pty Ltd trading as Experience Oz (“BRG”) in partnership with Visit Sunshine Coast (“VSC”).

Eligible customers will receive:

• $100 AUD off eligible Sunshine Coast experience bookings
• Minimum transaction value of $200 AUD applies per booking/cart
• The Campaign is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Offer available until allocation exhausted.

The promotional period commences at 12:00am AEST on 23 June 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 21 July 2026, unless allocation is exhausted earlier.

Eligible travel dates are from 23 June 2026 to 4 October 2026.

The Campaign applies only to eligible participating products located within the Sunshine Coast region and available through Experience Oz.

• Kawana and Caloundra
• Sunshine Coast Hinterland
• Eumundi and Nambour
• Gympie and Rainbow Beach

• One campaign redemption permitted per customer only
• Offer valid only on eligible experiences
• Minimum spend of $200 AUD must be met in a single transaction after any other discounts are applied
• Campaign offer cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or credit
• Offer cannot be retrospectively applied to existing bookings
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code unless otherwise stated
• Bookings are non-transferable

Eligible products will be identified on the campaign landing page, as updated from time to time.

Experience categories that are not eligible: Accommodation, transport and transfer services, restaurants and cafes, events and festivals and retail outlets.

The Campaign is strictly limited and available only while campaign allocation remains available. BRG and VSC reserve the right to end the Campaign once all allocations have been redeemed.

To ensure fair distribution of campaign benefits across the Sunshine Coast region, voucher redemptions may be capped at a maximum number per individual operator or product. Where an operator-level cap applies, the SUNNY100 promotional code will no longer be accepted for that operator or product once the cap is reached, even if overall campaign allocation remains available.

All bookings are subject to:

• Product availability
• Operator terms and conditions
• BRG booking terms and conditions

Standard payment processing terms apply.

If a booking is cancelled, the experience may be rescheduled at the discretion of the experience operator. If no reschedule option is suitable then a refund may be provided pursuant to the following:

• Refunds will be assessed in accordance with the operator's cancellation policy.
• Customers may only be refunded the amount personally paid by the customer.
• The campaign subsidy component will not be refunded.
• Where a booking is cancelled and a full refund of the customer-paid amount is provided, the promotional code may be reinstated at BRG's discretion and subject to remaining campaign allocation being available. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and is subject to the Campaign not having reached its allocation limit.

BRG and VSC reserve the right to:

• Cancel bookings
• Refuse redemption
• Remove eligibility
• Recover campaign funds

where fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity is suspected.

BRG and VSC reserve the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or extend the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time where reasonably required. Where practicable, reasonable notice of any material change will be provided via the campaign landing page or by direct communication to affected customers.

Notwithstanding the above, BRG and VSC may modify, suspend or withdraw the Campaign immediately and without prior notice where required to do so by law or regulatory requirement, or where necessary to prevent or address fraudulent, misleading or abusive activity.

Changes will not affect bookings already confirmed and paid for prior to the date of the change, except where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BRG and VSC are not responsible for technical errors, booking failures or circumstances outside their reasonable control
• Participating operators are responsible for delivery of booked experiences

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

By participating in this Campaign, customers agree to the collection and use of their personal information by Big Red Group Pty Ltd (trading as Experience Oz) and Visit Sunshine Coast in accordance with their respective privacy policies, available at https://www.experienceoz.com.au/en/privacy-policy and https://www.visitsunshinecoast.com/privacy-policy.

During the booking process, customers will be presented with the following marketing consent option, which is pre-selected by default. Customers may untick this option at any time prior to completing their booking:

Customers who unsubscribe from marketing communications will continue to receive transactional and booking-related communications necessary to fulfil their booking.

Participation in the Campaign, by entering the campaign promotional code at checkout, constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the standard Experience Oz booking terms and conditions available at https://www.experienceoz.com.au/en/terms-and-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in respect of any dispute arising in connection with the Campaign or these Terms & Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
