They call it the ‘Highlands Taxi’ but it’s unlike any taxi ride you’ve ever experienced before. Injecting a whole lotta' fun into the ride, you’ll be holding on tight to the handles and your fellow passengers as a professional driver takes you for a spin on the Highlands Motorsports Park track in a Porsche Cayenne Turbo or similar luxury performance vehicle.
Lap one is a guided tour of the 4.1km Highlands international-standard racetrack, where you will learn all about the features of the circuit including a tour past the Pit Building facility. Then, the adrenaline steps up a notch with an exhilarating, high speed chauffeured drive on a purpose-built circuit with a high-speed luxury performance vehicle.
If you’re curious about the world of racing but not quite ready to get behind the wheel yet, this two-lap teaser is a great way to introduce you to the exciting world of racing in Otago at a premier racing facility. - There is no minimum age for the Taxi. It is up to parents to ensure the kids will enjoy it
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
