- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and are not allowed to run ahead
- No carrying of children is permitted, except for small infants in baby carriers (which allow the accompanying adult to have both hands free to negotiate the railings in the tunnels)
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- This experience is not suitable for those with mobility issues
- Oliver Hill tunnel tour takes 45 minutes and is physically demanding with approximately 700 metres walking and 240+ uneven steps (equivalent to an eight storey climb)
- There are no rest stops and no backtracking once inside
- There can be up to 60 passengers on the train
- In the event of unsuitable weather you will be contacted by the experience provider and transferred to a different day or issued with a full refund
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
