All aboard the Duyfken Ship now docked at The Aquarium of Western Australia. Head below the decks for an insider's tour of the dutch yacht that travelled from Indonesia to uncharted territories off the Australian coast. The floating museum gives you a sneak peak into the living conditions aboard the ship during the 1600's and retells maritime stories that mark the first European contact with Australia. Entry to The Aquarium of Western Australia is included in the tour boasting five fascinating exhibits, one of Australia's largest underwater tunnels with sharks and stingrays swimming overhead and an interactive discovery touch pool.
AQWA is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm (excluding Christmas Day) while the Duyfken exhibit closes at 4pm each day. Discover a piece of history above the water on the Duyfken Ship and then delve below the water's surface with a tour of AQWA.
