- Solid shoes, as the ground is often unevenly covered with dew in the early morning

- Minimum height 120cm
- Minimum age is 7 years old
- Participants must be able to stand up for the duration of the hot air balloon flight
- Participants must have no serious knee, hip, or back problems, recent surgeries, or broken bones to be fit to fly
- This experience is not suitable for participants over 12 weeks pregnant
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
