  • Ferry tickets are valid for one calendar day only and will be validated on the day of the journey by crew members
  • Tickets should be treated like cash as lost tickets are not able to be replaced
  • The GC Aqua Park requires a minimum age of participation is 5 years and children under 10 years must be accompanied by a paying adult (ratio of 1 adult to 2 children)
  • All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent/legal guardian to sign the waiver for them before participation on their first visit to the Aqua Park
  • All participants must be able to swim
  • For safety reasons, the park may close if there is lightning within a 5km radius of the park

  • Cancellations are accepted 24 hours before departure without penalty. The payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date
