Upon arrival at Gold Coast Airport you will be met by a driver wearing a distinctive blue company shirt who will be ready to take you to your Gold Coast hotel. Domestic passengers are met near their airlines' luggage carousel in the terminal and international passengers are met directly outside the custom exit doors.

- International arrival information - Please collect your luggage, clear customs and proceed toward the glass sliding exit doors at the northern end of the terminal. Please wait inside the terminal under the Transit Centre Sign. Your driver will make contact with you there. Please keep an eye out for your driver who will be wearing a blue shirt and red Con-x-ion hat.

- LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS ALLOWED!! Please note you are able to book a transfer 6 hours out from your arrival time
- Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc) may have certain restrictions, please enquire with the transport operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Confirmation of your transfer will be received at time of booking. Local transport operator's information including phone number is included on your confirmation voucher
- Please note: airport transfers run every hour on the hour
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking. Please note that our transport supplier departs from the Gold Coast airport on the hour, every hour, however to ensure you have a space on the shuttle, you need to ensure you book online prior
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of travel
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher
- Mobile vouchers are accepted. Vouchers can be presented to the tour operator from your mobile device on the day of the tour

Hassle free experience!l, would definitely book this again when I come back in gold coast.
It was a hassle free experience especially if you are travelling with group of people or even just by yourself. The pick up location was easy to find and the drivers were so polite and courteous! We had a delayed flight from Melbourne and they waited for us and was very patient. Ride was smooth and very convenient as we were dropped off in the hotel!

Driver rang me .so organised .makes holidays easy
Had a good time.would still like to go back if the weather improves as there are still many more options with Experience Oz I didn't get the chance to do this holiday. Will return in the next year to enjoy these great opportunities as the ones I already did were great.

The instructions and map given were helpful and easy to follow.
Transit centre was easy to locate following the map and instructions given. Waited around the con-x-ion bus until the driver began locating those whom had a booking. Helped with suitcases. Friendly driver. Was a good experience and would book again in the future.
