- SkyPoint Observation Deck opening hours:
- Monday to Sunday, 7.30am to 9pm (last entry 8.30pm)
- Closed on Christmas Day (25th December)

- WhiteWater World is now open seasonally on selected days from September to April. Please check operating hours before you visit the park
- The 'redemption' period is based on the expiry date on the barcode received after purchase
- This 2 Day Ticket allows access to Dreamworld and SkyPoint Observation Deck and WhiteWater World during its seasonal operations
- If you have a Companion Card: One free entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human-operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) every time you visit a park, and you will be issued a free entry ticket
- If you have a Carers Card: One discounted entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human-operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) every time you visit a park, and you can purchase a ticket at a discounted rate
- Tickets are valid for entry 12 months from date of purchase
- WhiteWater World entry is only available during seasonal operations
- All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
- Pensioners must produce an Australian Government-issued pension, disability, seniors, or veteran affairs card to gain entry (Pensioners do not include students)
- No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld (Food can be brought into WhiteWater World)
- No food or drink may be brought onto the premises, including alcohol
