What you need to know
- One hour of hot air ballooning
- Full safety briefing
- Transport to and from the Wanaka launch site
- Sparkling wine and a light snack on the landing field
- This experience departs at 7am
- This flight is only available from 6th April to 13th April 2023
- Please allow up to four hours for this experience
- This experience takes place in Wanaka, NZ. Please meet outside Wanaka I-site 15mins before the meeting time
- Bring warm early morning clothing and good footwear as we do set off land in a Paddock and of course cameras to record the memories
- Minimum age is five years old
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Although ballooning is not a very energetic activity, it is wise to contact the provider if you have any medical issues or are pregnant
- Maximum of 12 participants
- Subject to weather. Light winds, good visibility and an acceptable cloud base is required for this flight. The flight may be cancelled if the weather is not suitable
- The flight duration is approximately one hour
- Participant changes subject to agreement with the provider
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
